- Structuring employee benefits, including:
- Health insurance, gratuity, provident fund (PF), and employee wellness programs.

- Advising on non-compete and confidentiality clauses tied to employee benefits.
- Social Security Code Compliance for PF, Gratuity & ESI – Ensuring alignment with new mandatory employer contributions for fixed-term employees and gig workers.
- Employee Compensation & Wage Code Compliance – Advising on statutory structuring of bonuses, minimum wages, and payment cycles under the Wage Code.
- Gratuity & Social Security for Gig Workers – Structuring contributions for gig and platform workers under the Social Security Code.
