- Preparing investigation reports with actionable recommendations for employers.
- Advising on disciplinary actions, terminations, and settlement negotiations. Advising businesses on remediation measures post-investigation to prevent recurrence.
- Drafting internal policies and frameworks for conducting fair and transparent investigations.
- Addressing cybersecurity breaches, email fraud, data leaks, and insider threats in workplace investigations.

B. Whistleblower Complaints & Grievance Redressal
- Managing whistleblower complaints, anti-retaliation policies, and grievance redressal mechanisms. Ensuring compliance with corporate whistleblower frameworks and anti-fraud laws.
- Advising on third-party mediation and arbitration for resolving workplace disputes.
- Drafting internal procedures for handling employee grievances and ethical concerns. Ensuring confidential reporting channels

C. Representation in Labour Courts & Employment Tribunals
- Representing businesses in labour courts, industrial tribunals, and arbitration proceedings.
- Handling disputes related to unlawful termination, workplace discrimination, and employment agreements.
- Advising HR teams on legal risk mitigation strategies for labour litigation.

D. POSH Compliance & Workplace Ethics Training
- Designing and conducting workshops on POSH compliance (Prevention of Sexual Harassment Act), workplace ethics, and labour law updates.
- Providing specialized training for Internal Committees (ICs) under the POSH Act.
- Developing customized training materials and industry-specific compliance resources.
- Educating on gender sensitivity, DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion), and workplace cultural ethics.

E. Leadership & HR Training Programs
- Conducting leadership training on employee management, compliance culture, and grievance handling.
- Providing certification programs for HR professionals on employment law, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
- Training sessions on managing remote and hybrid workforces under evolving labour laws.
