Prepared POSH (prevention of sexual harassment) training material for more than 5000 staff at a leading international organisation.
Represented the Indian collaborator in a joint development agreement before the Economic Offences Wing.

Conducted HR labour laws compliance audit for a leading banking organisation.
Conducted 2-stage Data Privacy audit for a 6000-member strong MNC and guiding the said organisation on the Code on Wages, 2019.
