Prepared POSH (prevention of sexual harassment) training material for more than 5000 staff at a leading international organisation.
Represented the Indian collaborator in a joint development agreement before the Economic Offences Wing.
Advised an American data management company in wrongful termination and recovery proceedings filed against it separately.
Represented 6 major international Airline Companies in separate FIRs at the district courts at New Delhi.
Advised a Fortune 500 company on the assessment of Personal Data/ Sensitive Personal Data in the organisation.
Conducted HR labour laws compliance audit for a leading banking organisation.
Conducted 2-stage Data Privacy audit for a 6000-member strong MNC and guiding the said organisation on the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Represented a leading bitcoin and etherium trading organisation before the RBI in an FC-GPR related matter.
