Word limit, Structure & Accuracy
The word limit of the article should be between 8000 to 10000 words. You shall maintain a clear structure with headings, introduction and conclusion. Authors are responsible for ensuring accurate references and citations. Submissions must not infringe any copyright, or contain defamatory, obscene, or unlawful material.
Subject Matter and Scope of the Article
The articles you submit must be on the subject of either corporate or employment laws in India. Submissions pertaining to other laws shall not be considered.
Zero-tolerance AI policy

Copyright
You confirm that you are the sole owner of the copyright for the article submitted by you. You also affirm that the article is original, does not infringe third party rights in any manner and has not been published in whole or part elsewhere. Further, while you will retain the copyright to the article submitted by you, it is acknowledged and agreed that Corrida Legal shall have the right to publish the article on its website without any obligation to pay royalty or other consideration to you.

Any article submitted by you shall be subject to plagiarism check and shall also be checked using AI tools to ensure that they are not AI-generated. If your article meets our standards and is published, you shall receive an email update within 48 hours.
