Word limit, Structure & Accuracy
Articles word limit is 10000 words. Structure needs to be that of a legal article. You will maintain a clear structure with headings, introduction and conclusion. Authors are responsible for ensuring accurate references and citations. Submissions must not infringe any copyright, or contain defamatory, obscene, or unlawful material.
Copyright
You confirm that you are the sole owner of the copyright in the article you are submitting. You affirm that the article is original, does not infringe any third-party rights, and has not been previously published in whole or in part elsewhere. You will retain all copyright to the articles published by you.
Subject Matter Scope: Corporate & Employment Laws in India
The articles you submit must be legal articles on either corporate or employment laws in India. Submissions pertaining to other laws or international laws will not be considered.
