About our Founder & Managing Partner
Pushkar Thakur is a corporate & employment law specialist representing a gamut of approximately 300 companies in matters pertaining to transactions, operational contracts, workforce management & restructuring and disputes. He brings in close to 15 years of experience having led the legal teams at Fortune 500s and top law firms, such as Nomura, Emaar and Kochhar & Co.. His primary clientele comprises of MNCs and FMCG/Tech/FinTech/E-commerce players, and he spearheads strategies for setting up shop in India and becoming a viable growth & investment opportunity in a future-safe manner.
Pushkar’s daily routine involves advising clients across IT/ITES, FMCG/CPG, E-commerce, FinTech, EdTech, Healthcare, Banking, Aviation, Construction and Real Estate industry on their incorporation & structuring, India-entry, operations & compliances, growth strategy (organic and acquisition-led) including PE/VC investments, acquisitions & strategic buyouts, data privacy compliance & employment-related issues.
